Therapy Fees:

We are In-Network with BCBS Insurance. All other insurances are Out-Of-Network. Please email or call the office for session fees for self-pay clients.

Reduced Fees:

Grace is pleased to offer several categories of discounted fees. We have a flat rate for self-pay college students ($145). We also offer discounts to any area Pastors and their immediate families as well as our Church Partnership Program.

Cancellation Policy: Being engaged in your treatment is an important part of the process. If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment, we cannot use this time for another client. Appointments must be cancelled prior to 24 hours of the session or you are subject to the entire session fees.

Clients who do not appear within 15 minutes of their appointment time will forfeit the session for the day. This forfeited session is also billed to you as no other client was able to use the time either.

Telephone Accessibility Policy: If you are needing to contact me between sessions, please leave a voicemail message. My voicemail is not used as an emergency service. If I am not immediately available, I will attempt to return your call within 24 hours, on business days only. If a true emergency arises, please call 911 or go to your local ER. For privacy reasons, texting is not generally recommended.
